Senior Business Analyst
The position of a Senior Business Analyst at Yakov & Partners is both an interesting job and a great opportunity for development. Your responsibilities:
You will work in a team of 3 to 5 consultants identifying and solving clients' problems, helping them sustainably improve performance and meet their business goals.
On each project, you will collect and analyze data, develop and test hypotheses, make and present recommendations to the client. You will also be expected to make presentations of your findings to the leadership of the client organization and implement recommendations in collaboration with the client's team.
You will have ample opportunity for professional development, and experienced colleagues will provide you with ongoing mentoring support. In addition, you will be assigned a professional development manager who will help you select projects that best fit your priorities and the needs of consulting teams.
Your qualifications:
A degree from a top university: a Bachelor's degree (a higher degree will be a plus).
3+ years of experience in business management or consulting.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
Ability to express complex ideas clearly in English and Russian, both orally and in writing.
