Business Analyst
The position of a Business Analyst at Yakov & Partners is both an interesting job and a great opportunity for development. Your responsibilities:
Typically, you will work in a team of 3 to 5 consultants identifying appropriate solutions to specific problems or challenges faced by clients and implementing those solutions to help organizations sustainably improve performance and meet their key goals.
On each project, you will collect and analyze data, develop and test hypotheses, make and present recommendations to the client. You will also be expected to make presentations of your findings to the leadership of the client organization and implement recommendations in collaboration with the client's team.
As a Business Analyst, you will receive training and mentoring on how to improve performance in the following areas:
structuring of ambiguous problems;
development of clear insights and recommendations based on the analysis of integrated data sets using both qualitative and quantitative methods;
interaction with various teams to develop optimal solutions and encourage organizations to implement them;
building trusting relationships with clients for more effective work with their organizations;
effective communication with any target audience, including senior executives, based on a structured approach; and
development of your own leadership style taking into account your interests, abilities, and values.
You will have ample opportunity for professional development, and experienced colleagues will provide you with ongoing mentoring support. In addition, you will be assigned a professional development manager who will help you select projects that best fit your priorities and the needs of consulting teams.
Your qualifications:
A degree from a top university: a Bachelor's degree (a higher degree will be a plus).
At least one year of experience in business management or consulting after graduation.
Ability to work effectively under uncertainty and in rapidly changing situations.
Ability to identify and solve problems with data analytics.
Ability to express complex ideas clearly in English and Russian, both orally and in writing
