Trainer Methodologist

Your responsibilities:
Build turnkey training programs: create the concept, perform the diagnostics and needs assessment, structure a training program for a specific thematic area, design practical activities and frameworks, design student motivation and engagement tools.
Prepare training delivery: create a schedule, form a pool of speakers and brief them and develop a communication plan
Analyze and assess training effectiveness
Your qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience (a portfolio of cases, training programs, and training sessions complete with feedback and references).
Expertise: Knowledge of L&D trends including learning design and delivery, design thinking, digital learning, and edtech (training content packaging experience – SCORM).
Ability to build interactions with difficult stakeholders, cross-functional teams, training program speakers, participants.
Ability to maintain ownership of a project from start to finish achieving a quick, high-quality result.
Well-developed analytical skills and creative thinking.
A strong sense of initiative, high energy, and readiness to put in extra hours if needed (weekend training sessions).
Flexibility and resilience, and openness to feedback.
Learning agility and network building, and interest in L&D innovations.
C1 English level (advanced).
